I changed my mind, can I cancel my order and get my money back?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or has been shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we may be able to cancel your order and give you a refund!

Can I return an item for a refund?

We offer free returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our error! If there is a problem with your product, please inform us within a week (7 days) of receiving the item.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

If you choose the wrong size, please contact us to ship the item back and we will send you another one at the cost of shipping.
